In 2008 Microsoft reorganised the Windows Phone Group and started development of a new operating system. The resulting product was a phone excellent for professional use – with easy access to Windows and Microsoft features. Accessing Microsoft Office files is a simple, user friendly experience and the Windows Operating system is viewed as one of the most customisable and secure on the market. However, some users may be put off by their lack of updates to the operating system and the scarcity of new flagship models.
