Before posting your device to us we would ask that you remove your sim card and, if applicable, your memory card. This is to ensure it does not get lost or damaged during transit. Please do not send accessories like protective covers, chargers or phones boxes as we cannot take responsibility for the return of accessories unless stated otherwise.

When packing your device please ensure it is done so securely and safely. Please do not send accessories like protective covers as we cannot take responsibility for the return of accessories. Royal Mail Special will secure parcel for up to £500. Revive Lab as a company does not take any liability for any damage or loss while your device is in transit.

Once we receive your device we will a diagnostic check on your device. Should the cost of the repair be equal to or less than the quote given to you we will start the repair straight away. If, however, the repair would be more than originally stated we will contact you immediately before starting any work on your device. If the repair cannot be done or it is too expensive then we will not charge you for the repair, but instead will only charge you the postage. If the device is being posted for our diagnostic fee this will incur a £20 set fee. This £20 would come off of the final repair price if there are no signs of liquid damage inside the phone.A delivery fee of £10 will be charged for the return on your device. All devices are posted First Class with Recorded Delivery

Though we try to repair our customers devices as quickly as possible, we would ask for 3 working days for the repair to be completed. The vast majority of the time we can complete repairs on the same day, but in cases where we have to order any parts from our warehouse this can be longer.

This repair timeframe starts from when we receive your device and not once you send the device to us.
